ALICIA SIEFER LaBEAU is a Partner with Vandeveer Garzia. She focuses her practice on defense litigation in first and third-party auto negligence, personal injury, catastrophic first-party automobile claims, premises liability and general negligence.
Alicia also provides legal representation to major rental car companies and third party administrators in the area of first and third-party No Fault law.
She was awarded a Bachelor in General Studies by the University of Michigan in 2002 with a dual focus in Communications and Economics. She received her Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School in 2007. While attending the Wayne State University Law School, she received honors in Legal Research and Writing. Alicia also interned at the Federal Defenders Organization and State Appellate Defenders Office.
Her professional organizations include the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association and Oakland County Bar Association, and the Association of Defense Trial Counsel. She was selected as a Michigan SuperLawyers “Rising Star” by her peers in 2010, 2011, 2013, and 2014.
In addition to practicing in the state courts, Alicia is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Michigan and Western District of Michigan.
